JANESVILLE, WI – May 23, 2013 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – The Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship starts making its way east as the series makes its annual stop of the Thunder Valley Raceway in Lakewood, Colo. Coming off a solid 11th overall finish at the Hangtown National, Moose Racing’s Phil Nicoletti is looking to remain consistent with two solid moto finishes in Colorado. Nicoletti’s teammate Gareth Swanepoel will continue to find his strength as he returns to racing following an injury he suffered during the supercross season.
Also taking place on Saturday will be the fifth round of the AMA ATV Motocross Championship Series. Moose Racing’s Nick DeNoble has shown his speed throughout the season, but has also encountered some bad luck. He’s looking to put together a good ride at Sunset Ridge MX in Walnut, Ill. this weekend.
Following a short two-week break, the OMA Nationals are back and headed to Fort Smith, Ark. Moose Racing’s Nick Fahringer is still charging for his first win following an impressive start to the season. He currently sits third in the points after three rounds.
