JANESVILLE, WI – June 13, 2013 – (Motor Sports Newswire) – The Grand National Cross Country Series will makes its first stop in many years to the trails in Masontown, W. Va. Taking place at Marvin’s Mountain Top, riders will face a technical and rocky course with elevation changes. Bike XC1 rider Josh Strang is up for the challenge as he hopes to race back to the podium following a third-place ride at the previous round.
In the Women’s class, Kacy Martinez enters the weekend with a one-point lead over second and has one win to her credit so far this season. She’ll be looking to remain consistent and land back up on the podium.
The Moose Racing ATV riders Kevin Yoho, Braden Henthorn, and Eric Hoyland leading the charge, will also get a chance to tackle the new stop in the XC1 class on Saturday. In the XC2 class, Patrick McGuire sits in second overall and looks to bounce back from a tough ride two weeks ago.
